Our utmost priority is the wellbeing of our colleagues and our clients.

All of our operational surveyors are aware of the necessary importance with regard to hygiene in order to prevent a spread of the virus.

All of our offices across the globe strictly follow the official guidelines of local authorities in every respective country we are located in (in relation to prevention measures of COVID-19).

All of our teams comply with the highest hygienic and safety standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We have installed a central coordination center in our Belgium HQ, which is on top of things and acts as single point of contact. Transparent , accurate and swift communication is ensured!

However, it could occasionally happen that due to the strict regulations in the EU or abroad, certain industries do not allow external visitors.

As such, we will keep you closely informed in case a survey cannot be carried out for reasons beyond our control.

Business Continuity

Be assured that DPS will continue its operations and services. Our staff (both surveyors and file handlers) will remain fully at your service (either working from home, in our office, at client premises).

Thanks to the necessary technological features and equipment installed to work remotely, all of us can be reached by phone and e-mail.

As such, this enables DPS to conduct business 24/7, and to guarantee you continuation of our operations and services.

Travel & Meetings

Business trips have been postponed until further notice, but can easily be replaced by video conferences or conference calls.

Our colleagues across the globe are still allowed to have face-to-face meetings, but will comply with the highest safety and hygienic standards.

The COVID-19 virus is a global challenge for all of us.

The personal safety of our employees and their families, clients and all others are our main concern!
