m/v “MINNA” grounded

You’re meanwhile probably aware that m/v “MINNA” grounded in the outer channel of Beira, Mozambique. She required salvage operations under LOF and her Master declared General Average on 31st May 2020. We have been appointed by several cargo interests representing containerized cargo to provide LOF or ISU1 Salvage and General Average security. We will also investigate the cause of the grounding and eventual cargo damages via our in-house cargo and nautical surveyors based on which we will be able to represent our interests in discussions on potential salvage award as well as General Average contribution and potential recovery thereof.
