Our team is composed by four surveyors, three surveyors located in Bilbao and one surveyor located in Sagunto. In addition, we have a network of surveyors covering the whole country, including Canary and Mallorca islands. We are offering all scope of marine surveys services: P&I claims, Insurance claims, H&M and cargo inspections, cargo controls, loss prevention, yacht inspections, etc.

What type of services do we offer / GEO scope

We are covering the whole country and based on our international network, we are also covering, the whole world. Presently we are dealing with cases in the five continents.

What makes our WoW so unique

Our added value for clients is experience. All of our surveyors are in the market for more than 15 years at least. We are offering very homogeneous and comprehensive survey reports on time, no matter where and when the case is located.

Sample case study

We are presently dealing with a fire damage in a shipyard in which a new building is involved. The fire was generated in the steering gear room, but it is also affecting to MCC, motor control cabin. Meantime, our investigation to isolate how the fire started, that is, interviewing different shops working at that time aboard and cooperating with fir experts, we are also investigating the extent of the damage, affecting to steering gear unit, main switchboard, different consoles, switchboards for bow thruster and refrigeration units for ships wells, coating for cofferdams, general isolations, etc.

The French team consists of two experts based in La Garenne Colombes, West Paris: Anastasia Kallipei, specialised as Claims Handler and Philippe Gautier, the Manager a cargo Marine Surveyor.

What type of services do we offer / GEO scope

We are responsible for the coordination in France and the whole world and surveys ourselves. The type of surveys are general cargo, surveillance, thefts, preventions and logistics assessments. In France: metropole and overseas territories around 200 km Paris by ourselves, elsewhere with coordination with long-experienced partners. There are also exceptions for high-valued or difficult cases where we can go worldwide. RoW: we accompany the French Insurance Market for their surveys overseas with one entry point to DPS for all French actors.

What makes our WoW so unique

Large experience on surveys performed in France (more than 2,000) and abroad (around 100 abroad in Italy, Spain, USA, UAE, Germany, Morocco, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, UK). Also our experience on coordination (more than 2,000 since 2007) and good knowledge of local practices all around the world. Management set up to follow each case every two days maximum and proactivity and sharp sense of the servicing to clients.

Sample case study

• 7 containers of potaoes retained by Oman authorities for allegedly be contaminated by Cadmium. After survey, analysis and proactive actions, the containers shipped by French exporter are up to be accepted by the client.
