NEWSLETTER MARCH 2023 - NEW JOINERS
Dear valued clients
As we enter another year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our company's core values and how they shape our approach to HR. At DP Survey Group, we know that our people are our greatest and unique asset. We continuously strive to create a work environment that reflects this precious asset.
At DPS we have three core principles: respect, collaboration and personal development.
- Respect: when our colleagues feel respected and supported, they are more likely to feel motivated to walk the extra edge for all of our clients.
- Collaboration: with over 150 colleagues who jointly share over 2,000 years of survey and expertise insights, we promote a culture of knowledge sharing and team work. Only then we can leverage best practices and experience-based insights for our clients.
- Personal development: we nurture a culture of development, so that our colleagues can grow both as an individual as well as DPS to the clients.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce our newest colleagues at DPS. We have been fortunate enough to welcome a number of talented individuals to our team over the past year, and I am thrilled to have them on board.
- In Spain, we welcomed three new team members based in Bilbao and Valencia. Inigo, Beatriz, and José Miguel are highly skilled and capable of performing almost every type of survey or loss prevention work.
- In France, we had the pleasure of bringing on Anastacia Kallipeti, a new recruit with roots in Greece and two master degrees from France. Together with Philippe Gautier, they are working in our Paris office.
- In Africa Albert Bengono started last year as a Claims Assistant. He is looking at our business in harbor of Dakar. Debora Gohe is joining our office in Abidjan as executive assistant and financial officer. Debora is graduated as advanced technician in finance and enterprises’ management.
- In China Jane Gu joined the team of the Tianjin Office as a Claims Handler.
- In the Netherlands, over 34 new colleagues from TopExpertise will cooperate with our Non-Marine Department. These experts have joined us with a wide range of skills and experiences, and we are eager to see how they will help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.
- In Belgium, we have added several new assets to our Non-Marine team. Bart for Business Interruption, Leandro for Product Liability, Food, Pharma, and all types of contaminations and Abdel for Mechanical Engineering and Machinery. In Marine we are happy that Justin, Mathias and Dimitri have joined us. DP Legal got the support from Kiane and Eveline. In admin, we have strengthened our Finance team with Yoko as Cash Collection Specialist, Axelle as Office Manager and Evelien as Claims Administrator. And since we strive to broaden our services and offerings for our clients, we have Lieselot Peeters who joined as the Chief Growth Officer. She will focus on new services and segments.
Each of them brings their unique talents and capabilities, which have added tremendous value to our company. We are confident that with this talented team, we can continue to provide excellent services to our clients and grow our business.
Thank you for your continued support and thank you for your trust in DP Survey Group.
Rest assured, we look forward to working with you in the coming years.
Best regards
Laura Lemmens
