Domestic
Within our department of in-house marine surveyors in the Antwerp HQ we have a team of surveyors specialized in claims surveys in all types of fruits and perishables. Besides their cargo knowledge, the team has a profound technical and nautical experience in handling claims and prevention surveys in reefer containers, ships and warehouses. With a combined seniority in fruit & perishables claims of over one century, this team has world-class and unique field experience.
International
Along with the team of surveyors based in Antwerp, DPS also has a team specialized in fresh fruit, composed of highly qualified professionals with proven academic and field experience, as well as knowledge of import and export of fresh fruit from the most diverse origins, as well as experience in foreign trade. This group of specialists is grouped in the International Fruit Desk (Fruit Liaison).
The International Fruit Desk consists of 6 members, each with a vast experience in the world of fresh fruit, including China, Chile, France and Belgium, and among which 6 different languages are spoken fluently (Chinese, Spanish, Dutch, English, German and French).
