MEET THE TEAM

Our French team consists of two surveyors and claims handlers based in La Garenne Colombes, west of Paris.

What services do we offer / GEO scope

We are responsible for coordination and surveys in France and worldwide. Our services and experience are in the following areas:

  • Cargo claims (damage, theft)
  • Prevention, audits and risk assessments
  • Liability
  • Carrier
  • Terminal

In France: metropolitan and overseas areas up to 200 km around Paris, elsewhere with the coordination of experienced partners. Exceptions also exist for valuable or complex cases, where we can go global.

RoW: we support the French insurance market in its overseas investigations with a single point of access to DPS for all French players.
